We hope that you are delighted every time you shop with us but do understand that sometimes you may need to return an item. In this case please follow the steps below:
Step 1:
If you would like to cancel your purchase or exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt so that we can locate your order and know to expect the return delivery.
Step 2:
Item(s) should be returned unused and in the original condition they were received, with tags attached and in original packaging. Please include your name and order reference so that we can identify the order.

Step 3:
Please allow 3-5 business days, from the date we receive your returned item, to conduct a quality control review and issue a refund. Refunds are made to the original method of payment, less original delivery charges. Delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect.
Step 4:
Once a refund has been issued, you will be notified via email. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to arrive in your account.
Damaged/Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, Please contact us via email straight away, with as much information as possible, including:
- Your order reference number
- The name and quantity of item(s) that was damaged
- A clear photo of the damage or fault
Once we've received the above information, we will be in touch to resolve the matter. Do not return anything until we have advised you whether it is necessary or not to do so. Please note that all claims for orders arriving with damaged items must be made within 48 hours of the delivery date.
Unfortunately we are unable to give refunds on the following items:
- Unwanted items returned later than 14 days from the date of cancellation of your order.
- Damaged items not notified to us by email within 48 hours of receipt.
- Gift Cards.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
